What is the Partner Program?
The
WSI Partner Program is a lead-generation initiative
that leverages the power of affiliate or "referral"
marketing. Businesses with similar clientele have
always developed informal partnerships as a way
of reaching more customers and generating business
by way of professional referrals. The Partner
Program works in the same way, but takes the concept
to the next level by offering you a sales commission
incentive, marketing materials and partner support.
What is the value of the Partner Program?
By
displaying the WSI marketing materials in your
store, you'll be able to offer additional services
to your client. This means clients that are already
purchasing business services in your store can
purchase Internet solutions through you. As it
offers a financial incentive to you, you can also
expect a greater level of commitment from WSI.
By
design, the Partner Program is easy to set up
and administer and requires a minimal investment
in time. WSI has created all the necessary promotional
materials you'll need to get started and a back-end
support system through www.vie-web.com. This simplified
approach allows you to spend your valuable time
to meet with your customers about your products
and services.
How does the Partner Program Work?
The
following is an overview of how the Partner Program
works. More detailed descriptions of each step
in the process can be found later in this guide.
- You sign-up as a WSI Program partner such that
through your shop you can offer your clients
Internet Solutions.
- WSI provides you with a poster advertising your
services and a book of IBA Vouchers that entitle
a prospect to a free Internet Business Analysis.
The IBA Vouchers have the necessary contact
information and have unique serial numbers for
tracking purposes.
- When a prospect visits your shop and inquires
about web services, you fill out an IBA Voucher
and give it to the prospect, explaining a little
bit about who WSI is and what we can do.
- Each time a voucher is given out, you log in
to the 'Partner' section of www.vie-web.com
to enter the prospect's information, which then
shows up as a lead in the Lead/Client Management
System.
- If the lead turns into a sale, you earn a 10%
commission on the total value of the project.
Step
1: Signing-Up

Via the WSI Partner Program Terms and Conditions
documents, we formalize the agreement. As stated, joining doesn't cost you anything and you can earn
substantial commissions.
Step
2: Getting Started

Once you have signed the WSI Partner Program Terms
and Conditions, we will provide you with a complete
WSI Partner Program Starter Kit which contains
1 poster and 1 book of IBA Vouchers.
We will also provide you with a Username
and Password for the Lead/Client Management system.
Step
3: Training
Once
set up, we will provide you with an orientation
session to the Partner Program and bring you up
to speed on how the program works.
We will discuss how you use the IBA vouchers
and the Lead/Client Management system.
We will go though the Partner Login information
either via phone/email or in person. You will
see that the Partner Program back-end system gives
you 4 options:
- Add a Lead: Allows you to enter a lead's contact
information and voucher number for tracking
purposes. The lead is then added to your Lead/Client
Management System.
- Check a Lead: View the status of previously-entered
leads and project information (if any exists).
- Contact Your WSI Internet Consultant: An email
link so you can contact us.
- Request Marketing Materials: Allows you to order
additional vouchers or advertising materials
at any time.
Once
you're comfortable with the back-end system you'll
be ready to start signing up clients.
Step:
4: Managing Your Clients
Once
you have one or more clients signed-up you'll
be able to manage them through the Lead/Client
Management system. The back-end systems put everything
you need to monitor and manage your client network
in one form-driven system. To access the Lead/Client
Management system, login in to Partner Login at
www.vie-web.com:
Once
entered, the Partner Program will give you easy
access to reports showing the status of your leads,
commissions earned and more.

Step
4: Ongoing Support
One
of the key factors to succeeding with the Partner
Program is following-up on a regular basis and
keeping in touch with each other.
We want to keep you apprised of any Partner
Program developments, client status, and Internet
solution developments. To develop a successful
relationship, here’s what we are going to plan
to do:
- We will call you every two weeks for a status
update and ask if you need any additional marketing
support (posters, vouchers etc.).
- We will visit you in person once a month to discuss
the program, replace marketing materials, get
feedback and so on.
- We will always respond promptly to any of you
emails or calls.
- We will pay your commissions promptly.
